June 3 Will walk for food 6:36 p.m. - 4000 block of GMD. Suspicious Person. A man asked a convenience store clerk if she could donate a sandwich to him and said he was walking the state for world peace. Police found the man walking toward Sarasota. He had two outstanding warrants, but neither was extraditable. Police drove him to Sarasota, at his request.
