John Ringling Estates home sells for $3,496,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 30 and July 4.

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nancy and Marshall Hanley, of Indianapolis, sold their home at 165 Whittier Drive to Eclipse Partners II LLC for $3,496,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,743 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores
Robert Major, of Biltmore Lakes, N.C., sold his home at 531 Yardarm Lane to 531 Yardarm Lane LLC for $1.45 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,253 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2010.

Corey’s Landing
Murray Goldberg, trustee, and Grace Goldberg, of Providence, R.I., sold the home at 3502 Mistletoe Lane to William Woodcock and Linda Seale, of Longboat Key, for $1.44 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,026 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $642,500 in 1995.

Islander Club of Longboat
Donald and Ann Decarbo, of New Castle, Pa., sold their Units 95-N and 96-N condominiums at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Arnold and Audrey Heimler, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1,245,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2010.

Tangerine Bay Club
Larry Hollar, trustee, of Boyce, Va., sold the Unit 236 condominium at 350 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Edward and Jane Moravitz, of Pittsburgh, for $1.2 million. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,581 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,075,000 in 2009.

Tides of Longboat
Richard and Joan Webster, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 5555 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Patricia Dupps, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1,025,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,856 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,500 in 1990.

Sabal Cove
Matt and Margaret Callihan, of Fort Lauderdale, sold their home at 3349 Sabal Cove Way to Mark Collin and Patricia Worth-Collin, of North Hampton, N.H., for $945,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 2005.

The Players Club
Beatrice Colburn, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 301 condominium at 1445 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Diane Goldberg, of Harrisburg, Pa., for $599,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,200 in 1982.

Seaplace
Lawrence and Martha Ross, of Rochester Hills, Mich., sold their Unit T1-103-B condominium at 2065 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Arnold Simonsen, trustee, of Buffalo Grove, Ill., for $550,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,690 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,000 in 2006.

Bay Harbour Apartments
John and Joanne Forch, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 106 condominium at 448 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William Kreston, of Dallas, for $390,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,474 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $392,000 in 2009.

BIRD KEY
John-Norman and Marcia Tuck, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 201 Seagull Lane to Marshall and Nancy Hanley, of Indianapolis, for $1,217,700. Built in 1963, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,032 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2007.

ST. ARMANDS
Jay Huang sold the home at 145 N. Washington Drive to Norman and Christine Abbott, of Ontario, Canada, for $778,500. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,136 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2011.

Thomas and Constance Cavanaugh, of Scituate, Mass., sold their home at 301 Jackson Drive to 1451806 Ontario Ltd. for $705,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,863 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $161,000 in 1991.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Stephen and Lisa Knoop, of Sarasota, sold their Unit R-1 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Fredrick and Helene Stillwell, of East Hampton, N.Y., for $365,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2012.

Silver Sands
FL Silver Sands LLC sold the Unit 245 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to V.J.R. Ski Corp. for $349,900. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2010.

Cedars East
W. Kevin and Julia Bales, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 5 condominium at 860 Evergreen Way to Elizabeth Casey, of Williston, Vt., for $270,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2009.

St. Armands Towers North
David Noran and Jerald and Cynthia Noran, of Fort Thomas, Ky., sold their Unit 45 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James Schwarzbach and Mary Schwarzbach, trustees, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area.

Lido Towers
John Tillman, of Tampa, sold his Unit 313 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Paul Scott and Sally Dinham-Scott, of Dorset, England, for $375,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $106,000 in 1986.

Lido Regency
Anthony Pullara, of Little Falls, N.J., sold his Unit 12-C condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Veronica Mohr and Gary Vienneau, of Ontario, Canada, for $350,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,059 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $86,400 in 1980.
