STATE ROAD 70 EAST
MARCH 11

4:35 p.m. — 2900 block of State Road 70 East

Grand Theft: A woman placed several store items into her purse. Then she made a small purchase at a register and tried to leave the store with the other concealed items that totaled $81.19. She was nabbed by a loss prevention officer.

12:46 a.m. — 7300 block of State Road 70 East

Trespass: A woman was bothering customers at a gas station and was found urinating on the side of the building. She was trespassed from the property and several other businesses in the surrounding area when police arrived.

10:55 a.m. — 3100 block of State Road 70 East

Criminal Mischief: A woman was shopping when some other patrons entered the store and informed people a green Mustang in the parking lot had a flat tire. She ran outside because the car belonged to her and discovered someone slashed her rear passenger side tire.

MARCH 12

1:53 p.m. — 11000 block of State Road 64 East

Theft: A man reported his wallet fell out of his pocket when he was in a men’s restroom. Two days later, the wallet was found in the women’s restroom with his driver’s license, cash and debit card missing.

51st AVENUE EAST
MARCH 12

2:22 p.m. — 3000 block of 51st Avenue East

Burglary: A man reported that someone entered his enclosed porch and stole a custom made skateboard he made himself. 

55th AVENUE EAST
MARCH 12

2:58 p.m. — 7200 block of 55th Avenue East

Animal Cruelty: Police were informed a woman left her dog in car for more than 30 minutes with the windows only cracked an inch. The dog was found panting but had no other signs of distress.

52nd PLACE EAST
MARCH 12

3:05 p.m. — 7300 block of 52nd Place East.

Grand Theft: A woman walked into a store changing room with three wallets valued at $66.80 in her hand and walked out without the wallets. The wallets weren’t found in the changing room. The woman was forcefully taken back into the store by security when she refused to comply. She was arrested and taken to jail when police arrived.

MARCH 13

12:05 p.m. — 7800 block of 34th Court East

Criminal Mischief: A woman reported someone vandalized her mailbox. Police estimated the cost to replace the battered mailbox was $100.
