First two days of early voting draw 143 voters

Longboat Key’s General Municipal Election drew 143 voters during the first two days of early voting.According to the Town Clerk’s office, 30 voters were from Manatee County, while 113 voters were from Sarasota County.

Early voting for the March 20 race, in which incumbent Vice Mayor David Brenner will face off against challenger Ray Rajewski for the District 3 Town Commission seat will continue from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday, March 16 at Longboat Key Town Hall, 501 Bay Isles Road.
