Gov. Crist signs Wandall bill

Gov. Charlie Crist this afternoon signed the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act at the Manatee Chamber of Commerce's Lakewood Ranch branch. The bill is named after an East County man who was killed in 2003 by a red-light runner.
