Mote Marine Laboratory's Giving Circle kicked off on Friday with 'Tea for the Sea' at Harbourside Dining Room. While enjoying high tea, attendees learned about the innovative work done by leading female scientists at Mote and the women who founded it, Dr. Eugenie Clark and Anne Vanderbilt. All proceeds from the event benefit the research, education and outreach of Mote Marine Laboratory.
