A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Eugene and Andrea Doren, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12615 Elgin Terrace to Stephen and Debra Poitras, of Lakewood Ranch, for $535,000.
