San Remo Estates home sells for $3.9 million

A home in San Remo Estates tops all transactions in this week's real estate. David and Therese Dixon, of Brighton, Mich., sold their home at 3544 San Remo Terrace to Patrick and Diana Maloney, of Sarasota, for $3.9 million.
