A condominium in Vista Bay Point tops all transactions in this week's real estate. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., trustee, sold the Unit 801 condominium at 128 Golden Gate Point to Frank and Barbara Quiriconi, of Longboat Key, for $810,000.
