Point Crisp home sells for $3,675,000

A home in Point Crisp tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Andrew Price, of Lakewood Ranch, and Marian Price, of Tampa, sold their home at 1321 Point Crisp Road to Larry Enterline, of Braselton, Ga., for $3,675,000. Built in 2001, it has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $5,300,000 in 2004.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch home sells for $850,000

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Alvaro Joves and Maria Maldonado, of Miami, sold their home at 7217 Greystone St. to Robert Hofmann, of Bradenton, for $850,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,861 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $741,600 in 2011.

Country Club Shores sells for $760,000

A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Geza and Ilona Benko, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 531 Chipping Lane to Victor and Anamaria Mitchell, of Castle Rock, Colo., for $760,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,341 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 1995.
