The Braden River High football team improved to 5-0 with a 49-12 victory over Sarasota in district action Oct.2. Braden River defender JoJo Louis was injured with a little more than four minutes to play in the game when he collided with a teammate while attempting to tackle a Sarasota ball carrier. Louis was transported by ambulance to Blake Medical Center. Louis was able to walk out of the hospital the following day after all of his tests came back negative.
