Home in Country Club Village sells for $1.1 million

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. R. Michael and Traci Smullen sold their home at 6933 Lacantera Circle to Bradley and Terri Prechtl, of Bradenton, for $1.1 million.
