Three-bedroom River Forest home tops sales at $585,000

A home in River Forest tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Harold Pearman, of Colorado Springs, Colo., sold the home at 5968 River Forest Circle to James and Stacey Leiber, of Bradenton, for $585,000.
