High-flying Rams roll past Tornadoes

The Riverview High boys basketball team beat Booker 80-59 Jan. 7.

The Riverview High boys basketball team rolled to its 17th win of the season with an 80-59 non-district victory versus Booker Jan. 7. 

Junior AJ Caldwell scored a game-high 29 points to lead the way for the high-flying Rams who have won eight straight. Brion Whitley added 18 points. D'Myron Wright recorded a double-double, finishing with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Dominic Caldwell chipped in with eight points, six rebounds and four assists. 

Eunique Arnold and Riley Foreman each had 12 points to lead the way for the Tornadoes.
