Obituary: Margaret ‘Jackie’ Schwalbach

Margaret ‘Jackie’ Schwalbach, 78, of Longboat Key and Fort Thomas, Ky., died March 15.

Mrs. Schwalbach is remembered for her love of life. She enjoyed traveling, singing, dancing and socializing with friends and family. She had a wonderful smile that could light up a room. She was an avid volunteer and served as president of St. Thomas Church’s Mother’s Club, treasurer of the Northern Kentucky Homebuilders Women’s Council and a member of St. Luke’s Auxiliary.

Mrs. Schwalbach is survived by her husband of 58 years, Garry Schwalbach; daughters Vicki Theiss, Linda Gosney and Karen Drees; sons Greg Schwalbach, Steve Schwalbach and Brian Schwalbach; 15 grandchildren; sister, Bettie Welling; and brother, Wayne Hehman.

A burial and celebration of her life was held March 21, in Fort Thomas.
