+ Ellen Cross joins Longboat Massage
Licensed massage therapist Ellen Cross recently joined Longboat Massage. Cross specializes in relaxation massage, body wraps and scrubs.

+ Sarasota Yacht Club announces board of directors
Sarasota Yacht Club announced its 2014-2015 board of directors and board officers Nov. 14.

The new commodore is Bobby Overall, a civil and environmental engineer who serves as director of the National Association of General Contractors.

Newly elected board members are Secretary Hugh McIlrevey, former senior vice president of UBS; Lynn Millikin, captain and sales executive of Sarasota Yacht and Ship; and Alice Petrat, co-founder and vice president of Petrat Steel Technology Inc. and vice president of GAP Properties of SW Florida-1 Inc.
Re-elected board members are Alex Lancaster, Dick Gravino and Richard McCaffery. Other board members are Tim Clarke, Ken D’Agostino, Robert Donnellan, John Hermansen, Barry McClure and Cindy Stelter.

+ Realtors accept Team Renick challenge
As of Nov. 22, the following real estate agents had accepted the challenge put forth by Michael Renick, of Team Renick, earlier this month to purchase a $100 raffle ticket for the Dec. 6 Longboat Key Gourmet Lawn Party: Sue Wolverton, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate; Brooke O’Malley, of Club Realty; Andrew Vac, of RE/MAX Alliance Group; Dia Wilson, of Wagner Realty; Mark Huber and Erin McWhorter, both of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty; Ana Machado, of Rose Bay International Inc.; Tina Rudek, of Engel & Völkers; Jen Williams, of Keller Williams Realty; and Renick.

Realtors who purchase a raffle ticket will have their names listed on the Lawn Party’s website and Facebook page.
