Longboat Key resident H. Terrell “Terry” Griffin’s latest suspense novel, “Collateral Damage” was released nationwide Monday, Dec. 5.

The plot of Griffin’s latest thriller centers on the murder of a young groom, who was shot to death on the beach the day after his wedding. The groom’s father is an old friend of Griffin’s protagonist, Matt Royal, who makes it his mission to find the murderer. The search gets complicated when there appears to be a link between the groom’s murder and three seemingly unrelated murders that occurred aboard a dinner cruise on Sarasota Bay that same day.

“Collateral Damage” is Griffin’s sixth novel. Griffin is a board-certified trial lawyer who practiced in Orlando for 38 years and now divides his time between Longboat Key and Maitland.

Griffin’s novels are available through Oceanview Publishing, oceanviewpub.com.
