A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Jeffrey and Andrea Bruner, of Wayne, Mich., sold their home at 7119 Teal Creek Glen to Roderick McKenney and Wanda Brown, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $925,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,238,000 in 2005.
