A condominium in Gulf and Bay Club tops all transactions in this week's real estate. George Dyer Jr. and Selma Dyer, trustees, Sarasota, sold the Unit 409 condominium at 5790 Midnight Pass Road to David Gubler and Ellie Foster, of Ontario, Canada, for $600,000.
