At one point in the Ski-A-Rees show, a little boy was invited down to the announcer's deck where two skiers jumped out of the water and over his head, landing gracefully back on the skis in the water on Sunday, April 29. The Ski-A-Rees water skiing show troupe performs 30 free shows every Sunday during season at their stadium off of Ken Thompson Parkway. They range in age from 7-years-old to 81-years-old and a lot of the skiers are siblings - their parents also attend every show and practice.
