Twelve-year-old Erick Barnard was diagnosed with juvenile enthesitis-related arthritis about a year ago. On May 31, Erick was awarded the Matthew O'Sullivan Spirit of the Game Award during Manatee Cal Ripken Baseball's night at McKechnie Field.
