Landings Racquet Club members and their guests celebrated Memorial Day with a barbecue Monday, May 28. Retired Army colonels Jerry Welch and Bob Fernander delivered a special ceremony to commemorate the service of Landings War Veterans who passed away in the last year, and attending veterans were recognized by name.
Ricky Russell and Barbara Rothman provided patriotic musical entertainment for the event, and guests enjoyed an all American meal of hamburgers, hot dogs, beans, salads and desserts.
