A home in Siesta Manor tops all transactions in this week's real estate. John Burden, Sarasota, sold his home at 391 Avenida Madera to Kenneth Ellingson Jr. and Kathleen Ellingson, trustees, of Downers Grove, Ill., for $640,000.
