Neal Communities this morning celebrated the sale of its 8,000th home. Community officials and Neal partners gathered in Central Park in Lakewood Ranch to honor the occasion. President Pat Neal thanked dozens of individuals with whom he has worked throughout his career, including 8,000th owner Lauren Acton.
