A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Andre and Jean Butterfield, of Harrogate, England, sold their home at 1570 Harbor Cay Lane to Phineas and Sara Demink, of Bemus Point, N.Y., for $3.65 million.
