Manatee County School District investigator put on administrative leave, sues district

Superintendent Rick Mills announced Jan. 12 that Office of Professional Standards Investigator Troy Pumphrey has been temporarily placed on paid administrative leave, effective immediately. Pumphrey then sued the district and School Board member Dave Miner.
