A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Victor Howard, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 1502 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Jesse and Nancie Ehrlich, of Sarasota, for $1.55 million.
