Three-bedroom Lido Key home sells for $1,475,000

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week's real estate. W. Howard Rooks, of Sarasota, sold the home at 175 Morningside Drive to Dave and Merrill Marshall, of Dallas, for $1,475,000.
