The Lakewood Ranch High softball team defeated Dixie Hollins 6-0 in the Class 6A-District 12 semifinals April 17. Sophomore Amanda Rak pitched a complete game, allowing one hit while striking out 13. With the win, Lakewood will host Palmetto in the district championship April 19.
