Summer Cove condo sells for $1.15 million

A condominium in Summer Cove tops all transactions in this week's real estate. David and Tamara Shepherd, of Moberly, Mo., sold their Unit 401C condominium at 1660 Summerhouse Lane to Lana Turner, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million.
