A home in Chelsea tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Arthur and Bonnie Mellor, of Sapphire, N.C., sold their home at 7320 Chelsea Court to Ronald and Susan Keefe, of Prince Edward Island, Canada, for $1,112,500.
