A condominium in La Bellasara tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Pauline O'Keefe, of Johnson, Kan., sold her Unit 504 condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to John and Valerie Barrett, of Sarasota, for $2.1 million.

Guest speaker Rabbi Noam Marans flew in from New York to discuss the topic 'A New Pope and the Future of Catholic-Jewish Relations,' at the fifth summer series. More than 150 people attended the luncheon and participated in a question and answer session after the talk.
