A home in Hudson Bayou tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Richard and Kathryn Rosenberg sold their home at 3421 Edmondson Court to Robert Miller and Sandra Faircloth, of Villanova, Pa., for $1,610,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,225,000 in 2001.
