A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter and Ronda Starnell sold their home at 6926 Lacantera Circle to Nathan and Lisa Ann Clark, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.46 million.
