Walkin' Wildcats

McNeal Elementary School students braved the chilly weather Nov. 5, as they spent part of the day outside during the school's 3rd annual Walkathon. In addition to raising more than $13,600 for the school, students enjoyed music, refreshments and a catapult launch, among other activities.

East County residents flocked to the Lucky Pelican Bistro Nov. 6-7 for the Second Annual Lakewood Ranch Crabfest. Guests enjoyed a variety of fresh crab and other seafood, as well as live music and other activities.

Wandall foundation hosts Family Fun Night

From inflatable obstacle courses and cotton candy to face painting and hot dogs, the Mark Wandall Foundation Family Fun Night featured a plethora of fun Nov. 5 at Legacy Golf Club at Lakewood Ranch. All proceeds from the event benefited Safety Saves Lives and SPARCC.
