A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Wayne Slater and Heather Clarke, Chicago, sold their home at 7605 Portstewart Drive to Carl and Barbara Francisco, Lakewood Ranch, for $515,000.
