Waterlefe Golf and River Club home sells for $1.75 million

A home in Waterlefe Golf and River Club tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Brian Brandt, of Grand Ledge, Mich., sold his home at 10407 Riverbank Terrace to Charles and Geraldine Tilden, Sarasota, for $1.75 million.
