Junior League hosts Oktoberfest

The Junior League of Sarasota celebrated Oktoberfest Sarasota 2010 Oct. 9 at Gold Coast Eagle Distributors in Lakewood Ranch. The event included a silent auction, food and an assortment of beers to enjoy. The money raised by the event went to the Community Outreach Program in Sarasota.

The fifth annual West Coast Bike Rally took place Friday, on Lakewood Ranch Main Street. From 5 to 11 p.m. the street was blocked off so that attendees could enjoy bands, food and more.
