A three-property sale in Sapphire Shores on Bay Shore Road tops the week’s sales at $4,525,000.

Krista and Desmond Varady, trustees, of Sarasota, sold three properties at 5035 Bay Shore Road to Patrick and Iceseas Farrell, of Sarasota, for $4,525,000. The first property was built in 1951 and has two bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,096 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1951 and has one bedroom, one bath and 330 square feet of living area. The third property was built in 2025 and it has one bedroom, one bath and 616 square feet of living area.

Emily and Robert Stroud, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 1774 Cherokee Drive to Michael and Ellen Johnson, of Sarasota, for $3.35 million.
