Marianne and William McComb, trustees, of Austin, Texas, sold the home at 1204 Hillview Drive to Sentinel Trust Co., trustee, for $17 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 7,687 square feet of living area.

Bay Point Park

Arthur and Karen Hall, of Boston, sold their home at 1541 Bay Point Drive to Hugh Cameron Johnson and Irina Zub, of Sarasota, for $6.5 million. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,375 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.7 million in 2018.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 627 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Dawn Albrecht-Parys, of Sarasota, for $2.9 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,343 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.4 million in 2018.
