Top residential real estate sales for July 20-24 in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch, Osprey, Nokomis

Stephen Vickar, of Manitoba, Canada, sold two properties at 1705 Wisconsin Lane to John and Michele Craddock, of Sarasota, for $3.9 million. The first property was built in 2016 and has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,966 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2016 and has one bath and 780 square feet of living area. They sold for $3.65 million in 2024.

Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 701 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Heidi Sirchis and Donna Adams, of Sarasota, for $2.75 million. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,805 square feet of living area. It sold for $863,000 in 2017.

FSKS Construct LLC sold two properties at 1751 Hawthorne St. to John Wheeler and Kelly North, of Sarasota, for $2.20 million.
