Caine Moss and Maha Ibrahim, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 12 condominium at 605 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Christian and Brittany Holden, of Sarasota, for $7 million. Built in 2021, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths and 5,328 square feet of living area. It sold for $9.7 million in 2022.

Rosalie and Richard Lewis, of Pittsford, New York, sold their home at 1885 Clematis St. to Ashley and Atefeh Carpenter, of Sarasota, for $2.40 million. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,215 square feet of living area.
