Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 5,874 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,716,000 in 2024.
Duane and Sharon Wohlgemuth, trustees, of Nokomis, sold the home at 13223 Palmers Creek Terrace to Mark Kalin, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $2,195,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,323 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.1 million in 2022.
