Anna and William Marganti, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 17238 Salerno Drive to Brian Flosi, of St. Charles, Illinois, for $3 million. Built in 2021, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,754 square feet of living area. It sold for $3 million in 2023.
