Last seen at the opera in 2012, “Lucia di Lammermoor" stars soprano Ashley Milanese, making her company debut in the title role. Christopher Oglesby plays Lucia’s star-crossed lover Edgardo and Jean Carlos Rodriguez is Enrico, Lucia’s ambitious brother. Runs through March 23. 


'Luck of the Irish'

It’s not too early to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day as the Sarasota Orchestra performs Leroy Anderson’s “Irish Suite,” including “The Wearing of the Green,” Percy Grainger’s “Irish Tune from County Derry,” better known as “Danny Boy,” and many more favorites from the Emerald Isle.
