Lakewood Ranch continues to be the top best-selling, master-planned multigenerational community in the U.S.

Lakewood Ranch has been ranked No. 1 for six consecutive years.

In 2023, Lakewood Ranch had 2,257 sales, which was 22% above 2022. It was the second-highest sales year in the community's history.

"Lakewood Ranch's stellar performance this past year is a testament to its dynamic market segmentation strategy, superior marketing, appealing lifestyle, great execution and the professionalism of the development team," said Gregg Logan, managing director at RCLCO in a release. RCLCO is an independent real estate consulting firm that has ranked master-planned communities since 1994.

Lakewood Ranch foresees more buyers relocating from within Florida due to the anticipation of an increase in in-state moves as a result of equity growth.

In 2024, Lakewood Ranch will celebrate its 30th anniversary with plans to introduce nine new villages and neighborhoods as well as launch a newly incorporated section in the northeast comprised of three communities.

Lakewood Ranch also will introduce two new homebuilders: Homes by WestBay and Dream Finders.

Erickson Senior Living will break ground on Emerson Lakes, a 1,200-unit continued care retirement community located north of State Road 70.
