The largest penthouse in the Bayso condominium tower in The Quay is available, and now at a half-million dollars less than its original listing.

The residence includes two guest suites with private baths, a separate bonus/den area, a powder room, laundry room, two guest parking spaces and a storage locker.

The kitchen includes wood and quartz countertops, European cabinetry, upscale appliances and a large island. There is also an additional prep kitchen.
