A condominium in Oceane tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.  Oceane Penthouse LLC sold the Unit 301 condominium at 4750 Ocean Blvd. to Dale Kent Brewer and Margaret Brewer, of St. Petersburg, for $4.75 million.
