Lido Beach's Holiday of the Arts added a seaside flair to the typical holiday arts and crafts fair.

Held Dec. 8-9 on Benjamin Franklin Drive, the event attracted crowds looking for something special to keep or give as a gift.

More than 30 vendors displayed their wares in tents along the street. One vendor offered outdoor furniture billed to last 20 years. Rasa Salditis, a crafter from Sarasota, works with both clay and paint and offered for sale prints and decorated clay bowls.
