Laughter ensued at Longboat Harbour’s comedy night on March 11.

Four comics from Florida Studio Theater performed an improv show for more than 100 residents. The comedians opened with an act that had them all adding to the same monologue. With crowd participation, the theme was swimming and from there, the comics began telling a story. One comic started and when another had an idea to contribute, they tapped the other out. Eventually, the story involved a koala.

Prior to the performance, attendees enjoyed a buffet dinner and cocktails. A split-the-pot raffle was also a part of the evening.
